Dr. Doug Pray

Dr. Pray has been a licensed Chiropractor since 1997.

Dr. Pray has been freeing people from pain since 1997 in his clinic in Tulsa, OK. As a Chiropractor with experience, our professionals are  committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients.

Dr. Pray uses a “whole person approach” when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art physiotherapy procedures, and providing the newest and best natural vitamins and mineral supplements on the market today, Dr. Pray is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Cheryl Steffins

Dr. Steffins graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Harding University in1983. She and her husband, Dr. Jon Steffins, were blessed with the opportunity to work for 6 years as missionaries in the South American country of Venezuela. After returning to the United States she focused the next 13 years on raising their 4 children and teaching school at the elementary level in Texas and Louisiana. She and Dr. Jon attended Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX together. Dr. Cheryl worked at a clinic in Dallas for a time before they made the decision to relocate to Oklahoma. She has enjoyed this stage of her life and plans to spend many years guiding people into natural ways of health and healing here in Tulsa!
